Tennis Elbow
Tennis elbow, or lateral epicondylitis, is an overuse injury that affects the tendons on the outside of the elbow. It’s common among athletes, especially tennis players, but can also occur in anyone who performs repetitive arm movements. It's often caused by overuse or repetitive stress, particularly involving activities that require gripping, twisting, or extending the arm.
Golfer’s Elbow
Golfer's elbow, or medial epicondylitis, is a condition similar to tennis elbow but affects the inside of the elbow rather than the outside. It’s caused by repetitive stress or overuse of the forearm muscles, particularly those involved in gripping and flexing the wrist.
